Virginia Slims was a big opportunity for me to grow as a designer.
Because this brand is targeted toward women, it allowed me to move away from the rough and ruggedness of Marlboro Country and explore a new style and sensibility. All these pieces featured below were mailed to the consumer, so I had the opportunity to learn about postal restrictions and how to create and design something beautiful and worth opening up. I was involved in weekly status meetings with account and print management, logo development, photo retouching, and annual concept/design layouts. |
